The five-bedroom Main House has been carefully restored to balance historic character with modern comfort. En-suite bedrooms offer privacy, dressed in Italian linens and bathrooms finished in travertine or Black Marquina marble. The original layout remains intact, allowing interiors to flow naturally from room to room, shaped by warm, considered light.

At its heart, the Tuscan chef’s kitchen is designed for convivial gathering. Travertine countertops and two custom dining tables sit beneath hand-carved wood and wrought iron chandeliers, where cooking and conversation unfold with ease. Historic fireplaces anchor the living areas, while a media room and generous lounges provide quieter retreat.

Outdoors, a wisteria-covered terrace extends the house with an open-air kitchen and professional gas grill. A stone fire pit gathers evenings beneath the Tuscan sky. High-speed WiFi, Sonos sound, smart televisions, and climate control are seamlessly integrated. Plush towels, cotton robes, hypoallergenic mattresses, and Grown Alchemist amenities provide refined comfort and rest. The Main House is not pet-friendly.
